Payments
All payments are due within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received, or prior arrangements made, item(s) will be returned to stock. My preferred method of payment is Direct Deposit. I also accept money orders and Paypal. BE SURE YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT, AS THIS IS THE ADDRESS I SEND TO. Packages will not be posted until all monies clear.
Shipping
I ship Tuesday-Friday. All orders are shipped via Registered Post. Shipping costs are charged at actual post rates. Any significant overcharges will be refunded.
Customs When I am available to do custom orders, there will be a slot to purchase under "Customs" in the "Go Shop" menu. A $10 deposit must be made to hold your spot. Please email me once you have paid your deposit, to discuss your wishes. Payment of the total balance is due within 3 days of finalising your order. Your order will not be started until full payment has been made. I ask that custom orders have no more than 6 nappies. If I have the time, I may be able to do larger orders.
Re-selling In the event that you resell my products, please state in your listing any modifications made to the pattern/product.
Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the nature of nappies, I do not offer refunds/exchanges for any reason, except faulty products. Please choose wisely. Sizing charts can be found in the information menu on the home page, under the respected nappy. If you have any questions regarding size, please email me, I can help!
Guarentee I take great pride in my work and offer a 3 month guarentee on the nappy, itself. In the unlikely event of a fault in the nappy, please contant me ASAP. We can work something out. This guarentee covers original purchaser only.
Privacy I enjoy my privacy and will respect yours. Your personal information will be kept confidential and not passed on to thrid parties, unless required by law.
Please keep in mind that I am a mom to 2 little ones, sometimes things don't go as planned.
